About
Get up close and personal to the breathtaking Na Pali Coast while we explore sea caves, lava tubes, waterfalls, and hidden beaches. While on the tour we can almost guarantee to see spinner dolphins and during winter months humpback whales as well!
After some amazing sightseeing, we will stop for snorkeling (weather permitting) at a coral reef for some underwater wild life. Kaua’i is known for its gorgeous tropical fish, green sea turtles and octopus (tako) that hunt in broad daylight! This is a must-do tour while on Kaua’i.
The Na Pali Coast is one of the most beautiful places in the world. This 17 mile stretch of coastline follows the north-west side of the island of Kauai and is only accessible by boat or helicopter. Millions of years of erosion caused by surf, wind, and rain have formed the deep narrow valleys ending abruptly at the sea. Waterfalls and swift flowing streams continue to cut these narrow valleys while the sea carves cliffs at their mouths.
For hundreds of years, Hawaiians inhabited almost all of the valleys on Na Pali Coast. Their communities farmed, fished, and traded amongst one another to survive. By the early 1900’s none of the valleys on Na Pali Coast remained inhabited. Learn more about the rich history where Hawaiians once lived and cultivated taro.

Boat details
Our dive boat is a 28 foot Parker with a deep V hull that helps slice through the chop better. It has brand new twin 300 horsepower motors that can get us across the channel to Ni’ihau in an hour. On a flat day, well under an hour.
The cabin provides shelter from the wind, rain, sun, and most importantly the ocean spray. Step inside the cabin, open the windows and cool off or close them and warm up. Complete with a fresh water rinse and head (bathroom).
FAQ
-Can we get into the sea caves?
Some days, yes. But, ocean swells may prevent even small craft from entering the caves or venturing close. Your captain will make the decision at the time of the cruise, with safety as the top consideration.
-Can we drink alcohol?
Yes, but we are unable to supply alcohol. You can not snorkel after drinking alcohol. So make sure you get your snorkeling in first!
-Should I book the morning or afternoon tour?
Mornings usually have calmer seas and a higher chance of seeing dolphins. Afternoons offer better lighting but a more adventurous ride.
-Can I join if I am pregnant?
Congratulations! But, unfortunately no. The ocean conditions on the Na Pali can be unpredictable and we want to keep the baby safe!
- For safety reasons, we’re not able to accept pregnant passengers on any of our tours. The ocean conditions along the Na Pali Coast can be unpredictable and physically demanding.
